Fiscal Impact/Cost Summary

A cash commitment of local financial support by the City of Dania Beach for the Qualified Target Industry Tax Refund for an Enterprise Zone location exists for Project Red in the amount of $36,000.00. This amount will be made available over a period of three years in accordance with the guidelines set forth by the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity with the stipulation that these funds are intended to represent local financial support pursuant to Section 288.106, Florida Statutes.
